The football was worse under Koeman and Allardyce easily.
Agenda alert.

We are turd, hence the points total and the league placing.

You think we have got 5 points out of 33 by playing well and just being unlucky?

Play some kind of fantasy football comparisons with other managers in your own head, others aren’t that fooled.

I’d like to know our form leading up to Koeman going.
It wasn't as bad as this.

His last 10

Koeman finished 7th in his first season and then we pulled the trigger after a dreadful start.

He also had a dreadful start to his second season with Southampton, but went on to finish 7th that season, making his time there consisting of a 6th and 2 x 7th place finishes.

If we pulled the trigger too early on anybody, it was him.

How this galoot is surviving this is beyond parody after we lose tomorrow.
5 points out of 36 surely must be the end, if not, it just proves once and for all that Moshiri is just the most random owner and is just completely making things up as he goes along.
Do you think we should of kept Koeman longer?
I do think pulling the trigger repeatedly on managers has created this current mess because there are times we have done it without a suitable replacement.
Its possible Moshiri has learnt to give managers more time, which is why Rafael has this full season

Do you think the squad was a lot better back then? As that’s all that really mattered considering we keep saying how Koeman’s transfers put us in the mess we’re in now.
Possibly yeah, but as you say previous mistakes have put us in this mess, with little light at the end of the tunnel right now.

Well then £1.7m doesn’t really mean anything comparing the two seasons does it. It’s quality not total spends. Koeman might have been given more money but doesn’t mean he had a better squad after it.

Moshiri has lost interest and the sooner he departs the better.

Well based on him finishing 7th in his first season, yes.

That same team also went on to finish 8th under gravy man.

This isn’t going to end the same way.

Koeman had Lukaku Barkley Gueye in his first season, a completely different proposition. His second season was the worst set up of any football team I’ve ever seen. I don’t care what a selection of results say. Koeman got fired because every man and his dog, including Moshiri, knew without question we would be relegated. We could barely run or pass a ball with those players, we were absolutely clueless. We went one up against a poor Arsenal at home and everyone knew we’d lose heavily. Allardyce came in and set the team up sensibly and still served up the second worst football I’ve ever seen from an Everton team and it was still night and day an improvement to what Koeman produced.

The results aren’t there yet but the football is far far better under Benitez than under Koeman or Allardyce.
Benitez had James and got rid of him, if rumours are to be believed Digne and Richarlison are next with DCL to follow in the summer. These are choices made by Benitez, they are not forced upon him, he is literally choosing to take creativity and goals out of the side.

The football is dreadful and the apparent plan is to make it less entertaining.

Various GOT posters - “We’ll get relegated at this rate”

Benitez supporters - “Don’t be daft the squad is too good”.

Various GOT posters- “Benitez is a dinosaur with crap tactics, we should be doing better.”

Benitez supporters - Don’t be daft the squad is [Poor language removed] plus they’re all injured.

It's an interesting debating technique.
"We're too good to go down, there's no chance we get relegated"
"Then why do we keep losing"
"Because we're crap and the squad is terrible"
"Wait, what?"
