I just don’t agree with the idea that every time we lose it’s an absolute deserved loss and bad luck plays no part, whereas every point we get ‘the fans won that’ ‘we should have been a few down’ ‘we got lucky’. I think there’s been times this season we could have easily avoided some of the losses we had with a bit of better luck. I also think there’s been some positive results we’ve got which we’ve been lucky to get.

You have to take it in the round though, it can’t just be that we’ve deserved to lose every game and we’ve been really lucky. When you look at the injuries, some of the unbelievable fishies against us this season even going back to game 1, some of the refereeing calls against us etc. I don’t think anyone could describe this team as lucky. In fact most of the time whatever bad thing could go wrong does go wrong for us.

I agree it's swings and roundabouts mate.

VAR against Utd & Spurs
Pen at Brentford that wasnt given on the pull on Rondon

Godfrey handing Wolves the winner with a daft pass back

Doucoure/Godfrey gifting Chelsea their goal yesterday.

Been plenty of lost points down to bad officiating & unforced errors from our players.

I felt we pretty much maxed our points last season, lots of jammy draws and 1-0 wins, a bit like Allardyce's season. This year I feel our points total is about right compared with performance.

Simms has a 16 in 28 for the U23s and 10 in 23 for Blackpool. How much better do you want his record to be
Sorry I’m not sure what you are saying . I said he “ really has been a prolific goalscorer at lower levels League1 , U23s, u18.” He was even more prolific at u18 and certainly his U23s record is the best we’ve had in many years.

With the exception of Spurs, we have not deserved to win any of those games.

Spin it as much as you want, but we’ve been truly woeful, passive and sstup so easily that teams have easily gone through us

What's your take on Jota's controversial equaliser last night?
Been a few of those has’nt there.. can remember another controversial incident with the goalkeeper against Villa too.. maybe it’s just a case if you play the majority of the game in the opposing teams penalty box the chances are there will be plenty of opportunities for penalties... I don’t even think am clever saying that either..

Bit like the mistake Coleman made in the Derby. When the game was delicately poised... however .. didn’t you know.. it was Benitez fault that..

Nonsense, we were outplayed for pretty much the whole match, two man midfield was absolutely disastrous set up against them. More clinical finishing by them early or Pickford doesn't make his early saves and we could've easily been down 4-0 at 30 min.

Very good fight by the youngsters last night and a great result against a top side, but let's be honest we were absolutely overrun and it was more a case of Chelsea not taking their chances....individual mistakes and all that...on the part of Chelsea.

Oh so it was player errors that lost us games or bad officiating? Not the manager?

So when players score a winner, who won us that game?
