I don’t think after the Chelsea result everything will be plain sailing from now on.. I think there will still be bumps in the road.. what we do know is Benitez has shown through experience he is capable of setting up a team to get a result.
We just need to get the injured players fit and playing and maybe one or two new additions in the January transfer window.. a mid to top finish in the league could be on the cards with a bit of luck given what two or three wins on the spin can bring and that will be a very good return given what has been a really difficult and unsettling season.

It was a point that we have pickford to thank for keeping us in it (along with some poor Chelsea finishing). Yes, it was nice to come away with a point and the team worked hard but it was hardly set up to get a result. We could have been 4 down in like 20 mins.

Comments like that makes it look like you don't watch us.

Bed sheet banners draped over Goodison Park railings
Scrawled threats outside his house
Stalking his daughter on social media
Starting rumours he's in hospital with Covid19

...and some of them dare to call others "Kopites".

Take a look in the mirror - if you've got the stomach to look.
Kopite chat that

Weren't you the one posting that unsworth was taking charge etc? And here you are having a go at others for wishing him a speedy recovery.
What does me being taken in by a fake twitter account tweet have to do with others reporting Benitez had been hospitalised?

You really are desperate.

Benitez is our manager and remaining our manager. I realise that frustrates a lot of the Everton supporters who 'feel it more' than the rest of us, but just live with it.

How many players did we have missing?

We we’re away at the European Champions with three quarters of the squad missing and various youngsters making their debut.

Was there any other way that we could have played?

By any measure, that result was remarkabe.

But you are making out like loads of posters were spreading rumours about him.

That wasn't the case. One poster (who doesn't want him sacked) said he was in hospital. Several others who do and don't want him sacked, wished him a speedy recovery if it was true.

I'm sorry it doesn't fit your agenda of everyone who wants him sacked is a homphobic, nasty person who wants someone to be seriously ill, but you are making yourself look foolish. I know you like to be contrary, but this just makes you look really small.

You can keep ignoring the point I'm making but that just strengthens my point.

It was remarkable, and I credited him for getting us to dig in and work as hard as we did.

But the poster is making out like it's a glorious result that's changing our season. It isn't.
