I think what I have found most of all about some of these postings is that no matter what Benitez did people will never give him a chance.. I just don’t understand why they don’t come out and admit that.. why hide behind.. his tactics are bad.. he’s a dinosaur.. he upsets our better players and any other excuse they can make up..

The bottom line is they will never give him a chance because he’s managed the team from across the park...
maybe.. just maybe these sort of people deserve the managerial merry go around which the club has adopted last five or so years...

Yeah mate that’s fine not liking Benitez.. your honest not like some on here who will make other excuses apart from the real reason..

Benitez was always going to cause controversy.. third of fans probably accept him.. third can’t stand the feller and probably a third undecided but will give him a chance.. what I will say is if he makes the team better and can create some sort of success or a trophy next season or so then those undecided fans will accept him because we know fans are like that if a team wins... the ones that still don’t like him won’t count because those sort will never be happy even if the European Cup was won with him.

Thing is, theyre not excuses. Theyre valid reasons to not want him as a manager.

Also, this isnt a msn messenger chat between two 14 year olds in 2007, no need for all the punctuation. Its not adding whatever you think it is, its just making your post even dumber than it would be without.

Comes across a thoroughly unlikable, duplicitous weasel of a man. Seems so self satisfied, if he was ice cream he’d eat himself….obviously!

Giving him complete control over the crucial rebuild and sacking a director of football a quarter into the season (who we just gave a new 3 year contract to) screams that we have no plan - oh, wait a minute…

Buzz, buzz?? None of them have ever given me a buzz - is that the bar?

I’d settle for just not feeling completely apathetic about the team and club. This chap’s on a par with Allardyce, lower actually, in terms of the way they made me feel about the club.
