As I've said for a long time.

I understood the appointment. I could have tolerated him until the end of the season.

What I think we can't tolerate is the loon in charge of the club giving him the autonomy to further bury this football club.

Chelsea used Benitez correctly. Interim.
He wouldnt have done that properly here

No mate.

That is the reality.

If you think Benitez is getting sacked anytime soon you haven't thought this through.
He’s not since he’s been given all of the power…but he should…

This will go down in history as the season where al of the mistakes Moshiri has made will come home to roost. We will be in a scrap - we will pull a few wins out here and there but it’ll be down to the wire whether we survive imo. The whole atmosphere is toxic, don’t think our business in January will be revolutionary enough and injuries/covid will keep happening.

I don't think they do. They don't grasp the situation we are in and just think a new manager will have us challenging
Challenging? For what? Wins? Yes I do expect that. Look at what he's done. We are starting games without a proper left back because he's pissed him off and has him either out of the squad or on the bench. How is that good management? We had 5 at the back today and conceded 3 against a low scoring side. Look at our defensive record. He cannot organise the defense. How is he being defended? Are you actually blind as to this or so stubborn in your viewpoint you see it but wont acknowledge it? We are 100% on for relegation. Not a doubt.

I think we need somebody to come in and burn the place to the ground - because so much needs to be thrown on a bonfire. However, to do such an unpopular and precarious thing, you need an element of goodwill - or at least to start with a clean slate and fire-resistant PPE - because the flames will soon lap around even the arsonist. Senor Benitez is, to be kind, not exactly fireproof. Moshiri may yet dig in on this and go all in on the incumbent out of despair or stubbornness, but his history shows he will pull the trigger when the heat gets a little too toasty. I don't think anybody could really argue if he chooses to do that once more. The curse of Everton, though, is the players - the deadwood - will not have been incinerated as they truly deserve to be, and the next man will be on a similar hiding to nothing with no great hope of avoiding the all-consuming flames in another nine months. Does anybody truly believe that Moshiri would find "the right man" to set this derelict club ablaze? I don't - but the least he could do is find somebody to set that fire who isn't composed of ultra-flammable chlorine trifluoride.

The harsh truth is Moshiri needs to go.

1 win and EIGHT LOSSES in 12 games

EIGHT LOSSES IN TWELVE GAMES

And there's some on here saying people only want Benitez out because he managed Liverpool.
After today's excuse for a lineup, I'd say you all have a point. I thought the lineup against Palace guaranteed us getting run over through the center of the park, and I was right, but it was at least justifiable as "no Allan and injuries means we're not keeping them out, so let's get after them."

Today's lineup didn't make a lick of sense, bringing on Rondon rather than one of the kids made no sense, and sticking with the back five when it obviously wasn't working made no sense.
