Take away the issue of you believing we can't afford to sack him. Or your belief that moshiri won't sack him. They don't impact on whether we actually want him sacked or not.

Do you want him sacked. Yes or no?

There is no 'I'm not fussed' as that is effectively you saying you don't want him sacked.

Yes or no?

Is it?

If we had no FFP problems, could afford to sack him whilst attracting/backing a good level manager with £100+ million in the transfer window I would boot him at this point.

However thats not the reality of the situation is it?

We're skint
On the verge of FFP sanctions
Mid season

Throw in Moshiri only appoints PL experienced managers we'll be breaking FFP just to appoint a Lampard/Pulis/Hughes type no mark.

Hence why im not fussed either way - clubs in a bad situation.

He needs to go tonight. Moshiri needs to go too if he keeps running the club like this. It's disgraceful we shouldn't be where we are in the table. I've gave a by ball with injuries etc but today we'd a squad capable of beating Brighton at home and we set up like we were playing peak Barce

People can keep blaming the squad and yes it's dysfunctional but he is getting very little out of it his tactics and seemingly training considering we had 17 days off to work on stuff, are dog dirt negative.

Why set up so negative?

At home to Brighton for goodness sake

Will you ever learn Benitez

Close the door on the way out!
I'll offer a slightly different take, but it's arguably as damning. The squad is proper drek and nicking a win is probably entirely sensible. Ancelotti set up a sort of cattenacio system last season which delivered equally as bad football but was more effective in terms of overall results and points gained.

Rafael has somehow taken a similarly defensive approach but given us the defensive acumen and results of a Roberto Martinez team. Without the fun bits.

Imagine that.

apparently when he had a fit squad and Dom back we’d play more expansively but if anything we where somehow even more negative there today, that’s literally how his Newcastle side used to set up. No place for rafasaurus in the modern game
The man played a 5 at the back at home to a bottom half team.

At first I thought he was matching them, which is still negative asf.

Then I realised even Brighton played a 4.

Also, big fan of the use of Rafasaurus.
