There has been nothing about Rafael's leadership that has been good ( excluding Townsend and Grey's purchases which I am giving to Brands) Roldan has been a disgrace, defeat at QPR, crazy tactics and crazy substitutions, historic defeats against Watford and Brighton, Coleman at left back, 5 at the back against Brighton, Digne out the door.

He was supposed to be methodical and a manager of resources. Good defences, gradual improvement, a style of play, organization. None of that has happened. We got this bloke 10 years too late.

I also find him inauthentic. We all now that if he got sacked tomorrow, he would take the payoff, and be chuffed. How could he have wrangled 3 years? 2 years top for a dinosaur like him...

I will give him the Gray and Townsend signings 100%.
I think denying him those is churlish.

The rest has been an absolute car crash thus far though and if he stays we are either down, or will only be saved by how bad 3 other teams are.

I am now looking forward to the cup draw.
But that doesn’t detract from the fact that the overall performance against a struggling championship team was very poor.
Without doubt the best passages of football came from Hull.

That is the nature of the fanbase at games now: there is a hard core of people who dont want to be patient. Look at the divvies with their bedsheet last night embarrassing the club in that corner with their pathetic banner.

I don't think he would be getting abuse if he was still here, his brand of football was dictated by the personnel he had available in the end, he couldn't afford the type of player's he wanted for his system and attempted to try and make some poor ones adapt to it, people mention the sideways passing forgetting the player's available were unable to play any other way. On the subject of sideways passing, what is this passing thing everyone mentions? At this moment under Benitez I don't see any of it so maybe, and it hurts me to say this, he hasn't got the player's to play it just like Martinez but at least Bobby tried to coach it into them unlike the present manager who prefers hoof!
