Not particularly pro or anti Benitez. Willing to see what he’s going to serve up if we get a few bodies in. He needs to knock the 2 man midfield in the head though. Even he has to see it’s not working and the players we have don’t suit it. To play it even with the personal we have though surely signals it’s what he’s thinking moving forward.

You'd like to think he can see it's not working......16 games after it continuing not to work

Never wanted him in the first place - not due to his past but just since I think he is past his sell by date as a manager.

Was prepared to give him a chance and a fair crack at it though.

The Brentford game was the final straw for me. He is way too negative, defensive (without actually stemming the amount of goals we concede), stubborn, pig headed etc... and his selection of people like Rondom is staggering.

Also, don't understand the argument of those who point at his recruitment record as a reason to keep him. Demarai Gray has been excellent, Rondom awful, and Townsend so so. To early to tell on the others but he has also got rid of James, Kean, and now Digne so not really sure we are much better off.

Now needs to go so we can all put this mess behind us and move on

It's about being a professional. You should give your all to your current role. I am still concerned about RB but I will give him more time. He has inherited a mess of a squad. Yes he is very well paid, but so have been the last six managers.
That's not what I meant, I'm pretty sure you knew that. I don't think there is a big group of third parties with no employment ties to the Department of Work and Pensions who have struck up a rivalry with other third parties with no employment ties to the Department of Health and Social Care making moves between the two organisations controversial and publicly fraught. Maybe I'm wrong?
