The last Everton manager I remember that actually left someone up front in that situation was Bingham who would sometimes leave 2 up, , his theory was it forced the opposition to leave 3 or 4 back, made the box less congested and offered the possibility of retaining the ball when it was cleared rather than it coming straight back as it does nearly all the time these days!

Nah, as much as I want him gone I don't agree with the bold. You can't be throwing these players in after training for a few days - pure reckless.

It's a must win I just meant it's still not a fully fit squad. Be so stupid of us to start any of DCL, Richy, Mina, Branthwaite or Delph.

They think we have Sh*te players who work hard, now put that Liverpool fan in charge of Everton and what you get is what you are getting now" Or something like that.....

It’s absolutely so true. This prick keeps telling us he knows what Everton fans want but he’s not a clue. [Poor language removed] players who try hard, that’s what he thinks we’re happy with and doing his best to give it to us. What a stain.
