Come on lads, it's Norwich - they've won 2 of 19 and lost 13 of 19. If ever there was any team we can surely take 3 points of it's these jokers. Bottom of the league. I know we're bad but we're not that bad - they're one of the worst teams the Prem has ever seen. If we don't win here, might as well just fold the club and go play with Bury Phoenix FC in the 17th tier or something.

All the business we are dong right now confirms he is staying until the end of the season, Moshiri totally buys into him, time to support him, time to support the team and motivate them towards a few victories.
Looks to me like Moshiri sees we are in a mess and is blindly throwing money at the team hoping it fixes the problem.

The footy under Carlo the rat for the last 4 months was disgraceful. Maybe not all his fault given the rubbish he had to choose from. The last 2 months from Benitez gas been similar.
The whole squad should be sold for all I care bar maybe Richy DCL and Pickford.
Whether you like Benitez or not someone had to drop a hand grenade amongst the Goodison home for the incompetent, talentless and infirm.
That includes the whole club - so let's see what he can do for the rest of this window. It may be that he's gone if we lose to Norwich anyway - but whoever comes in should carry on the reconstruction. We need to be ruthlessly professional otherwise we'll always be the nearly men who nobody fears playing against and mugs who overpay for dross.

You dont think that's potentially problematic if it happens? The man has accrued 2 wins out of like 12 and he should already be jettisoned but especially if he loses to a truly abysmal squad that has two wins all year. There should be some accountability.

I know we're bad, but we're not Norwich bad. We're averaging about a point per game, Norwich almost half that. If there's one team you could hand pick to play it would be them. I'm confident even we can get a win here, despite Rafael's best efforts.

If he isn't concerned about us being tied for 16th place then he's an idiot.
Lose to Norwich and that should set alarm bells ringing. I fancy us to take 3 points from that because they are a disaster but we made hard work of beating a 19th placed Championship team a week ago so who knows?
