He doesn’t really manage / coach anymore though does he? He was sporting director of Redbull for years and was caretaker a couple of times over the last few years but he’s more a Sporting Director type now, currently at Lokomotiv.
I’m sure theres more attractive propositions than us tried to recruit him back in to management and failed.

I was hoping for more of a dual role as the recent recruitment strategy has been poor. A DoF who can actually coach might have worked better than what we have today. Not that it matters now...

He’s a consulting sporting director now with his company I think. Don’t really understand how it all works.
