I can be snide as they get. I'd rather discuss though. No two posters will agree on everything but this thread is bad because there are so many extreme beliefs.

@kamleep have you met our chum @ForeverBlue92?
No? Well, I'll explain. You're clearly a weird koppite bellwhiff WUM whereas Mr FB92 is actually blue, if a little strident in his position. But y'know families argue etc.
You can kindly bugger off back to Rawk.
I don't know. Just kind of weird he's not on the team, no?
Ha ha could be Ancelotti out very very soon. Real losing at home to a Moldovan team called Sheriff. Hope the rat gets the sack.
White hankies at the ready.I don't want him to get a payoff that easy.
Hopefully a long tortured marathon of a sacking with abuse from the terraces like we were unable to provide.

I don't have high expectations of Benitez that is my point.
Football's not like that anymore. Breaking into the elite has never been harder due to the money in the game. There's nothing wrong with ambition but if it's not tempered by realism you end up changing manager every 18 months.I want to win the league and every managers objective should be win it by your 3rd season or at least be challenging. He will see us as a big pay day and then blame the fans when it falls apart and he leaves.
No, not really. It hasn't meant anything to club for more than 30 years so I can't relate to it anymore. It doesn't matter shows it can be done. Klopp nearly achieved it in 2019/20 if covid didn't intervene. Does "Nil Satis Nisi Optimum" mean nothing to you?
He was never going to last more than a season there. I guess he knew that when he walked outHa ha could be Ancelotti out very very soon. Real losing at home to a Moldovan team called Sheriff. Hope the rat gets the sack.

Could be a third loss in 4 for Bigtitez if we lose to Utd, and that win was against the dreadful Norwich who have to be favourites for the drop.
...and people complained about a drop of in Carlo's results after a good start. We were second at Christmas.
I agree in that it's highly unrealistic which is why I was hoping Silva would stick even when it was clear he was our of his depth. My point more is that Benitez will be happy to tick the days off until his retirement without particularly busting a gut like some managers would. He will happily hover where Moyes did for the majority of his time. People were largely sick of Moyes by the end but he had lost his fight to achieve at Everton as he knew he'd done enough to get United job. Dour football hut reasonable finishes isn't me. I'd rather a manager go for it and maybe not have as high average finish but when the stars align could possibly have us there. Benitez will not be this manager.
