I hope someone is going to investigate the way we buy players after the window closes. Surely we must be able to put in place a system were by it doesn't take a week to buy someone that no one else is interested in.

Has been strange like, specially because like i was told apparently RM said he was an Everton player.

I honestly dont see the reason in the delay to announce it - seems to have his work permit and visa sorted.
