I think the lads a good player, but Southampton are the right club for him. Good team who play good football, with a manager who knows a lot about him and where he'll be a guaranteed starter.

He won one or two towering headers which is something I like to see, and his surging run brought a smile to my face.

However, it is too early to judge how he'll get on as Chelsea looked pretty toothless and all over the place so he wasn't under too much pressure.

Even with just 15 minutes on the pitch you could see him once or twice pointing to others to pick up or come closer.

Would be good to see him get 90 mins maybe against Reading. My big fear is Coleman getting injured and Martinez putting Stones at RB to fit Mori in like we did at the end of the game yesterday. Stones has to be first name on the sheet in the centreback position every time. Mori should cover injuries this season then look to come in more regularly if Jagielka starts to slow.

I dunno, earlier on in his career, and without someone like Lennon infront of him, i'd be worried about Stones, but now i think he'd be sound there, especially if it's only short term.
