What i saw on the derby is i think his header was excellent.
We desperately need someone like him for solving the aerial duels problems.

Still not as composed on the ball as the rest of them. But his defending technique and anticipation looks good...That's the most important bit I guess.

Confidence will grow and his passing upwards will get better in time. He's naturally a bit cautious innit atm. Foundations for good and long career at Everton look pretty good, though.

Actually don't think hes that cautious. Doesn't mind spraying a 60 yard ping out wide (rather than lumping it at Rom) or having a waltz up the pitch when he gets a chance.

Very impressive start for me.
