I don't think he and Stones are a viable partnership at the moment. He needs someone that can compensate for his weaknesses because he does get caught out of position to much. I like him as a player, but we need an intelligent and EXPERiENCED center half next to him. I'm not sure Jags has it in him anymore. Stones is still growing.

Honestly I think Funes is decent. He will only get better too under Koeman surely.

He was asked to do far too much in his first season due to injury.

My only long term concern about him is he lacks top end pace.
