If I were Mori I'd take that opening paragraph as a compliment.

Phil vickery, Juergen Klinsmann and the manager of FC Dallas were right. Martinez was wrong.

But, I must admit I do like the way he loves it when Everton score.

The chef or the rugby player?

He's judged on his performances. That's why he ended up on the bench and Jagielka from months in the wilderness came in and looked a lot more comfortable. As I said a few weeks ago, of all our first team regulars this season, he is the most likely to be surplus to requirements.

Because he's crap.

He's very crap

We have seen before that RK can be ruthless. We have seen with a few that there were given a chance to play but when they didn't impress they were ruthlessly chopped...Del, Cleverley, Oviedo and Jags are examples.
I think Funes Mori now falls into that category as well. We know the manager wants sign a centre half anyway, but now it may be two as Jagielka and Funes Mori may well be leaving in the summer.

Yet we have kept a ton of clean sheets when he has played.

he obviously must rate him somewhat otherwise Holgate or whoever would be in the team. Probably sees him as a decent squad player but for an Argentine international coming into his peak years that probably wont be enough for Mori.

I think overall he is a decent player and if he could cut out the stupid mistakes he'd probably be a good player. But he makes too many of them and we've been very fortunate that they haven't really been punished yet.

He is first choice for Argentina and part of one of the best defences (stats wise) in the premier so he will have a good marketability. His game may be more suited to Spain or Italy, I don't know. I just think that whilst we cab still get a good price for him, I think we should cash in during the summer and bring in somebody less error prone like Keane. Probably wouldn't be much difference in the cost either and would free up some transfer profits to use towards payroll for FFP.

I think RK wanted to Keane in January but Burnley, very sensibly, wouldn't sell.
If they had I think RFM would have gone out of the team then.

Certainly agree Ramiro looks out of depth at left back, looks better in a LCB back three than part of a two, I admit to getting nervous sometimes when he is on the ball, but he has also made some great saving tackles, Has some argentine snide, Argentine defenders tend to hit peak 26-32 yrs , there was some talk some time back i n his national squad of him being made captain in the future. With some added composure can see him being top top in the near future. I hope we keep him, he seems to like the club too,
