yeah but if he's been working hard, apparently following, supporting and working with the players, and nobody at the club is reassuring or encouraging him, what's the point? It works both ways. You say that like he’s Beckenbaur. Remember that Mori’s distribution is garbage, his reading of the game not great, and he’s not physically that strong.
His prime asset is that he attacks a ball quite well.
