Played well today. Smacked the post and been setting people up well. He’s still low on confidence. He’s not the striker they thought they’d got but that was in Turkey were Arouna Kone is still slotting.

Looks like Upamecano's successor has been signed. Reported in multiple places Simakan will join in the Summer for 15m with a deal being agreed in the coming weeks. Looks a real talent.

RBL Matchday

RBL host Bochum this evening in the 3rd Round of the DFB-Pokal Cup. Two previous rounds have ended 3-0 so let's see if they can do it again. It's a shame there's no other left-hand option as Angelino is desperate for a rest heading into the CL weeks. Would have been a good game to try and give Hwang and Sorloth a chance at some goals too.
