Never been a better time to play Liverpool. if even premiership relegation battlers like Brighton, Burnley and Fulham are beating them then surely Leipzig should be doing better than losing 2-0, that was embarrassing.

Yeh it's just a shame there's 2 goals to overturn because they weren't even good first leg. Be a tough ask but fingers crossed.

If they can repeat Fulham's game plan only with better quality finishing they have every chance imo.

You get the sense first goal will be key here. If Leipzig get an early 1st goal, it will really play on Liverpool's nerves. I'll be frank, I had written it off with them through after the 1st leg, but Leipzig will fancy it big time I suspect.

Most of the games they have, in hobesty if the opponent wanted more goals, they were there for them, but they settled at 1 knowing Liverpool having nothing in attack. When you see Chelsea the other night, if Chelsea needed a 2nd you sensed it was there for them.

Yes you'd defintely fancy your chances playing there really. I think Leipzig will be very disappointed with their previous performance and at the very least should want to play better
