RB Leipzig

I hate to break it to you but players sometimes become unavailable.
Is Lookman hurt? I thought they just decided they didn't want him.

And long term they can still not, but they have him and could have used him today. Same as I'd expect us to have Tosun in the team when fit if we didn't have DCL and Richarlison available.

They're getting rid of him; you can't risk playing someone with two days of a window left. Plus, as I've said, he is mind blowingly bad for them too so would be better bringing a second goalkeeper on.

Well I'm glad it is all working out for them so far. No room to question any of their decisions with this airtight record.

Are they going to sign anyone? Because at the minute they're playing three creative players at a time and best I can tell they've got four in the whole squad.

Olmo, Szobo, Nkunku, Forsberg is enough behind 1-2 strikers. Don't think you'd moan they needed more after last weekend's game.

CM and/or defender signing before Wednesday.

Last weekend I didn't realize they didn't have anyone on the bench.

I don't think that is enough. It is quality wise but quantity wise it isn't when you're starting in a 4-2-3-1 where three of them play. You lose one like today and you're out of luck if it isn't going well.

4-2-3-1 isn't the end game though. They only want a squad size of 24 max so no way they'll sign another - unless you want another Chelsea meltdown of having too many players.

Believe it or not there's a middle ground between having so many that Ziyech and Werner can't get a game and having so few that you have to Marco Silva when behind.

I assumer 4-2-2-2 is then?
