We've got a must win game(I'm season ticket so will be there) tomorrow against Celtic so focused on that atm.

Yeh I think if they can get past Atalanta then favourites but they're a really tough side to play against, same formation as well so no surprises with them.

Italians will be tough but think Leipzig will shade it.

Yeah, losing tomorrow is unthinkable!!!
But even without Morelos I'm hopeful we'll get what we need.

RBL Matchday

It's back, Europa League for the boys, first leg of the QF with Atalanta in Germany this time. Both teams play the same formation and have the same style so should be a really interesting tie! Atalanta aren't doing as well in Serie A this season but they are a super physical, super fast & have some brilliant strikers. Tedesco goes with the "best" XI he has with Henrichs back in after a bug and Klostermann replacing the injured Simakan. Should be a fun match, hopefully a win, anything but a defeat I'd like to see.

Game is LIVE from 17:45pm on BT Sport Extra 1

Atalanta take the lead with a belter from the blue by Muriel. Can’t let someone like him get space in the box but defending was poor.

Defending was alright but his dribbling is as usual on point, has to be said. Hard to defend against someone who gets the ball stuck to his feet like that.

Post after that was unlucky (or lucky as Pessina decided he's a part time RBL player), and the attack at times is very unorganised imo.

That was the worst 45 I’ve seen of them under Tedesco. Super slow, no options & too many long balls when none of the strikers can win a header. They’ve been terrible at home in Europe all season though so to be expected. They need a boot up the arse to play quicker.

Really Everton half and I didn't really expect it tbh

Hopefully they wake up for the 2nd, terrible at home or not, it's a big game and those go anywhere usually...

Yeh they’re an odd bunch. You wouldn’t think it was a European QF the way they’re strolling about. Spent most of the half shouting at the TV when someone stood on the ball and looked around.

They’ve also wet the pitch too much (common problem).

I'm not as invested as you obviously but I just get annoyed lol

I mean it seems to suit Atalanta quite well...
