RB Leipzig

Any update on a timeframe for Adams returning? It seems like he's been listed as long term since the summer. Did he have surgery or something?

No surgery he must just not be recovering so well. Was initially meant to be back training with the full team now after the international break. Tricky injury he's got. Personally don't think we'll see him till next year.

Missed the game yesterday but got it recorded to watch later. 3-0 victory away to Bremen which is their first victory there (admittedly not a lot of meetings). Still top of the league.

Markus Krösche on Ademola Lookman: “He’s on a very good path & will be extremely important for us.”
Speaking to Bild, RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krösche says the Bundesliga club will bide it’s time with new signing Ademola Lookman from Everton.

“Ademola is a young, very talented player, and we are absolutely convinced of him and his qualities. We are patient and will give him the time he needs because he didn’t play regularly at Everton last season and now has to get back to the rhythm. He’s on a very good path and will be extremely important for us,” said Krösche.

RB News:

- Game vs Schalke is on Saturday @ 14.30pm but not live on BT Sports for the first time this season.
- Halsti, Adams, Wolf, Kampl, Luan, Schick (injury/fitness) & Laimer (banned) missing vs Schalke
- Ibrahima Konate on the shortlist for Golden Boy award
- Diego Demme, one of the oldest in the squad at 27 and linked with Fiorentina in the Summer, reiterates his desire to play abroad one day.
- As posted above sporting director Krosche has assured Lookman will be given the time to get into the team.

He's off rhythm because he's not playing so we won't play him till he gets his rhythm.

Rooooooithe.
