Sadly I think it's pretty standard mate.

It's simple supply and demand. They soon realise that demand for that flight will shoot up so hunk up the price.

And it's why other flights with no demand stay cheap.

It sucks obviously but it's economics.

I don't think it's illegal.

I will bet you those flights would have been busy anyrate. Easyjet dont fly with empty planes. You would be amazed at how many people are on these seemingly weird routes. It is pure profiteering, and a complete disgrace imo. A few quid more, I could get, but that lad who booked the wrong date is paying pretty much 5 TIMES the normal price. That aint right.
 
Probably one of the better draws, don't think it will be a walk in in the park like Brann mind you (granted we aren't exactly better than the 07/08 side either) because they've given Spuds and Liverpool a fight but we should advance.
