Then grated loads of cheese on the top of them.

Had to Google that, do you put gravy on yours? Can't beat a good poutine
Kimchi is a vastly overlooked topping for burgers. Try it on both veggie and beef burgers.
Hmmmmm, interesting. I've never had chips with mushroom gravy. How do you make yours? Was going through a phase in early quarantine where I would make french fries (chips) and melt cheese on them and then top with mushroom gravy. Delicious.
Do you make your own kimchi? I'm giving it a go very soon.

Similar to mine but I add a splash of white wine when I'm sauteing my mushrooms. Going have to give it a try with fries sometime soon.Chop up a bunch of mushrooms and saute in olive oil and garlic and sage, then add veggie stock and add flour (and a little butter) to make it thick. I think that's it.
I love chorizo but it is made different depending of the culture. Which one do you use?Chorizo is excellent for adding a rich paprika taste to lots of stews and sauces.
You have a great eye (your pics are always amazing) so I'm going to follow this tip from no on.Always decorate in odd numbers, it‘s easier on the eye than even numbers
For sureHad to Google that, do you put gravy on yours?
I watched a Gordon Ramsay show and he said about the odd numbers, can’t remember what he cooked but let’s say scallops, put 3 on the plate, or 5 and so on, it looks better. You have a great eye (your pics are always amazing) so I'm going to follow this tip from no on.
