Keeps in fridge as well, you can freeze it or use it for other dishes with a cheese sauce : smoked Haddock for example.
Yesterday @roydo recommended a salad with haddock, now I'm going to have to try this dish with it too. Tbf, I can't recalled seen haddock for sale at my local market but I'm going to look for it next time I go food shopping.

Buy ginger, peel it, freeze it. Then when you need it, grate it into a dish, as long as it's frozen it will grate like fine powder and is much easier to control the amount and also avoids large chunks of ginger.
Great tip, thanks. I'm going to do that from now with mine before it gets all dry and dull.

It’s more of a question of what’s NOT in it!
Coriander (sniff your cilantro)
Parsley
Rosemary
Mint
Chives
Capers
Dijon
Wine vinegar
Olive oil
Chilli
S & p

I leave it in the fridge and have it on we everything ftt it on eggs, pasta snd pizza

annoying cos the whole fam eat it though
Damn family, you should send them away ;)

Your salsa verde sounds like the dipping oil that I make for bread or to marinate except that I don't put capers or mustard in mine but will have to give it a try as I like both.

I make my own home made Mexican 'style' (It's not authentic in the slightest) spice mix.
I found a basic Mexican spice mix online and have adapted it over the years and the addition of onion/garlic powder means it works great as a dry rub as well as a sauce base powder. I've even sprinkled it over left over cold chicken in a midnight fridge raid before and it tastes great:

4tsp Smoked Chipotle chilli pwdr or a good quality chilli pwdr
1 tsp Garlic pwdr
2 tsp Onion pwdr
2 tsp Chilli flakes
2 tsp Dried Oregano
8 tsp Paprika
6 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Dried Coriander
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
2tsp each salt & black pepper

That should be enough to fill one of those little spice tubs.

Oh, I should mention, if you cant find smoked chilli powder, then use smoked Paprika instead of regular as the smoked flavour is key!
