Thought the ref was a disgrace. He had a clear view of Sadio Mane gouging your player. He had a good view of Gordon getting fouled. There were also a couple of other fouls that might have seen red. The refs are very influenced by the media. Liverpool are worshipped by the media so any decision that goes against them will be scrutinised and criticised to death. The result today was 100% influenced by the ref. He does his job and you're a man up and a goal up and it's game on.

Yes. Remember being disappointed with how we finished that season when we had a good chance of the title. Dobson was my fav. player of that era until we got our great team of the mid 80's. As for RS, yes, far too many of them around here. Many of them with no real knowledge of the game but have cottoned on to the tv coverage... which I have to say is fantastic compared to when I first moved here and you had to listen via BBC World Service.
