Why aren’t we talking about this more? All the teams around us have to play eachother? Surely that can only be good for us as they will be taking points away from each other. Am I missing something?
No, you're not.

Outside Palace and WHU we're favourites to stay up IMO.

the difference between Dyche and Lampard is that we never drew games under Lampard, it was either a win or more often than not a loss - real grit in this side now
Also that Dyche knows a bit about football, and hasn't got a massive moon sized ego stuffed inside a tiny football pinhead. Sooner lampard recedes and fades, the better a place the world will be. He was a self-spreading thought-gap as a player, but as a manager he was a full on brain vacuum, a total lack of presence, he was a massive liability, a terrible leader, a vacuous personality and a massive let down to anybody who had to live or work with him. Comparing him to other football players or managers is like comparing chalk and cheese, the man was a nothing, a fluke birth into a football family despite being essentially an apostate, an opposite personailty of football. He scored lots of goals because they made him play football. Football man, he is not.

The last two games, Chelsea away and Spurs home I think most of us would’ve took two points there. But the fact that we took two points with last minute equalisers makes them feel even more like two points gained, imagine how gutted we would all feel if we were leading both games and conceded in the last minute in both.

I think palace are gone from the equation now. If they can't win 3 or get 9 points from their games they deserve to go down. All their games are v bottom 8, I feel bad for Vieira getting sacked really.

Leicester and Leeds are deep in it. Forest need to improve fast.

Soton, Bmouth and Leics/Forest/Leeds (in that prder) is my bet (if not us and we start putting points on the board)

A win today and I think we would wriggle out earlier than our rivals. Especially given our record under Dyche.

A draw today is a good result but we could well drop back into the relegation zone tomorrow. It's just too tight to call. This team is more than capable of a losing streak.

However, I'm a lot more confident of our chances since Dyche. Why oh why did this board keep Lampard on for so long.

We are also involved in such six pointers. We have to go away to Leicester, Wolves and Palace and have Bournemouth at home last day of season.

I completely agree. I didn't want lampard appointed anyhwre near Everton, but they did. So I supported it, but he was awful.
Dyche is showing how bad he was. The appointing and then keeping of lampard is up there with the worst of the player signings for me, signing a bad player at least you can put them in the reserves, but giving lampard the keys to the kingdom when even Chelsea won't touch him with a barge pole...wow, that was bad

the nature of the draw has got people excited, if we had ground out a 0-0 I doubt if we would be seeing the celebratory nature of the posts here

a defeat to Utd puts us back to square one imo. we have to get something there.
What confused by this, look is great to see the team fight back and get a point when this team before has given up. A draw tonight was a good result still keeps us in place to stay up, let people enjoy us getting a late goal back. We go onto the next game now a show fight again.

2 points ahead of where we were after 29 games last season.....

The wife didn't get why I was so angry with a draw. She said it was nearly a loss.
No, Mrs EFC, it was nearly a win and I am angry because it should have been a win
