It would be a good thing if there was only one relegation spot realistically in play.

All three remain active so it just gives more teams the chance to get up to 38/39 points.
Yes it would be great if we were also playing the teams around us. But while they play each other, we are happily playing half of the top 6 or something, so it means a team from around us is guaranteed to gain points on us every week til the end. Fun times.
You make your own luck though, we'll be fine.

I moved away a few years back. Leeds fan in the pub was absolutely gutted when the goal went it. Had a chat with him and he said when he thought about it was an overreaction on his part as he doesn't have Everton getting relegated.

Its funny how fans of other sides see it.
Hehe wow yes, that is funny cos I absolutely am shitting it about getting relegated!

Really wish we could swap the fixture list around and have that Fulham game next. If we lose to United, there's going to be a big amount of pressure going into that one.

I think had any one broke down our last two games and told us we’d go unbeaten, you’d have taken it.

As it goes the fight, effort and grit we’ve shown makes me think that we’ve got a fighting chance.

It’s a lot different from last year.

At the start of Feb we had Arsenal x 2, Liverpool A, Spurs H and Chelsea A in our run in.

We’ve boxed off 5 of them and we’re currently out of the relegation zone. That’s huge signs for positivity. There’s a long, long way to go, but keep fighting and we’ll stay up.

The graphic below is the teams in the run in and their fixtures, I`ve been marking this off for a few weeks, just for info really.

Some interesting things here.....

Southampton have statistically the hardest run in, the average league position of their opponents is 8th, whilst they are also 4 points from safety. After that it is Wolves and West Ham, the average league position for the teams they have left is 9th..... on the other side of the coin Palace have statistically the easiest run in with their opponents average league placing as 14 followed by Bournemouth, 12th.

Predicted points based on PPG this season shows the worst 4 as Southampton 30, Leicester 34, Leeds 35 and Everton 35. Obviously this is across the season and doesn`t take in to account our good upturn in form.

Plenty to see, have a look, and as we all know football will not follow convention or the statistics.... hopefully we can pull away from any trouble....

Nah we'll beat united and that will give us the confidence to just sweep Fulham aside.
0-2 at Old Trafford them we beat Fulham 3-1

Will be but we have a manager that whatever the result the team will have to work hard. Is good if we can be above the bottom 3 but if is still close after united then push for the win after that

IF WE ALL KNOW THIS WHY DON'T YOU STOP

We are potentially a top half team with a good centre forward

But a bottom 5 (at best) side without one.

We played well tonight and were only able to get a draw and it took a long range belter
