It's straight forward mate. I invited you to make good with your comment that "we play teams who are scrapping" (with the inference that others dont) and by pointing to any of our rivals at the bottom who has a less difficult task playing teams (presumably) who aren't 'scrapping'.

Right, so how does that alter my view that its going to be difficult for Everton? I didnt mention other teams, cos I couldnt care less about them, yano?

Swear down Dave.

There's no other club in the bottom 9 with the balls that this Everton team has.

None of that lot would play Spurs with 10 men for 30 minutes concede a penalty then come back.

And none of them has Goodison Park.

I would agree with you if it were not for the fact that in the last game Southampton came from 1-3 down to draw 3-3 with spurs.

A point against spurs is decent, it keeps us moving forward, but at 0-0 and 11v11 we should have won. Even when they were winning they went ultra defensive because they have given up leads in the past this season, they were very fearful.

By saying we're fighting teams every week that wont lie down you're presumably making the point that this is something that others dont contend with...otherwise what's the point being made?

Yeah we all wanted a win but don't care what anyone says, that's a good point following a point from Chelsea away. Other teams results shouldn't concern us. Our manager is grinding out results and important points. If he keeps it up at this rate we stay up imo. If we don't we don't go down without a fight and that's all we can ask for.

But seriously, we are going to win at Old Trafford and we are going to beat Fulham at home and Wolves away. Bournemouth at home will be party time in the sunshine.

Not with 10 men they didn't.

My point is that its going to be tough, if your saying its going to be tough for everybody, then I agree, theres 20 teams in this league with everything to play for.

Last season was way more dangerous than this one.

IMO we barely lose two matches in the remainder of the season and ase out of this with maybe a couple of games to sapre.

Just do whatever we can to get over the line.

This size plays with fight, so I feel there will be worse teams than us, hopefully can build on lots of positives I’ve seen so far.

I think we need 7 more points.
9 to be sure.
Not sure about 34 points mate.

In all likelihood 36 does it IMO.

There's points to be won in all of our remaining games.

I wont accept that we'll lose more than 2 games. That'd hand us easily what we need.
