compared to January I feel a million times better about our chances. Dyche has done an excellent job, credit where due
He's an Everton manager just like Moye's was. It will be interesting, see what Dyche does in the summer. I honestly think we should keep him no what what happens. We were dead in the water when he was appointed. I couldn't see anyone, fixing us. If we go down it will be because he runs out of matches.
Obviously we have the investigation over us, but I'm confident, better times are infront of us under this Manager.

And Chelsea get Lampard. I mean i thought April fools was 5 days ago. Seems Chelseas American owner has even less of clue about football than our own Moshiri.
Perhaps Lampard will suprise me with the better players Chelsea now have. Will be interesting to watch, it could be a toxic horror show with them getting close to us in the table.

Have to feel you’re right.

But ultimately, this is panic time. He’s done nothing to suggest he’s a survival expert. Took us to the relegation spaces, and took Newcastle down.

I’d be shocked if he’s not in a PL job in the very near future.

I also think West Ham are too good to go down, but then I thought that about Newcastle the first time etc

I think both things are true. Conventionally they may be too good to go down, but if players lose confidence it's hard to get that back with 6 weeks to go.

If you look at our squad last season, we were probably too good to go down, but when you watched our matches, we were lucky to survive.

Just watching the highlights from last night and I’m pretty confident WHU players were doing intentional self-sabotage last night. Reckon they’ll shoot up once they’ve ousted Moyes.

Fully agree with this. I’m enjoying watching us play again. Going the game when players are pressing and working hard is so much more enjoyable than the limp and spineless showings that Lampard was serving up. Even if we go down I think Dyche has the ability to get the best out of players and would give us the best chance of coming straight back up.

Tough times for Moysie and West Ham - 14 difficult games in two months.
Can Moyes survive? Can West Ham survive? And look at the last game!

2nd April West Ham United 1 Southampton 0
5th April West Ham United 1 Newcastle United 5
8th April Fulham v West Ham United
13th April KAA Gent v West Ham United
16th April West Ham United v Arsenal
20th April West Ham United v KAA Gent
23rd April AFC Bournemouth v West Ham United
26th April West Ham United v Liverpool
29th April Crystal Palace v West Ham United

3rd May Manchester City v West Ham United
7th May West Ham United v Manchester United
13th May Brentford v West Ham United
20th May West Ham United v Leeds United
28th May Leicester City v West Ham United

Ghent is nearer than Newcastle, but there will be more games - and travel - if West Ham go through.

It's not a bad move for them in perspective. If the feelers they've had out to the target managers have all come back "yes, in summer". Lampard goes in and provides 9 games worth of cover, while already knowing the place. I would say the players as well but he'll only know half of them with the splurge they've had!

I think Lampard's passing play will work better with what they have, I do however struggle to see him overcoming Ancelotti..

It seemed that way.

I just if its easy to switch effort on and off when you've got 6 weeks of a season left, and your playing every 3 days?

Whoa, didn't realise how many games they have to play in April. That looks brutal, irrespective of the opposition. Players are going to be knackered and they might end up with bunch of injuries too. Almost worth tanking the European stuff I would think
