Thank you for correctly saying “Snake Mountain”. It annoys me way more than it should when people call Anfield “Castle Grayskull”, not realising that Grayskull is actually He-Man’s fortress on planet Eternia, not Skeletor’s 😄
I always enjoyed Klanfield during the times we learned more about South American terms of endearment

If you're Leicester how do you feel right now knowing you've lost 7 of the last 8 games and have City away up next?

I mean, that's just dispiriting isn't it?

It's ok saying they have some games coming up after that City game against Wolves, Leeds and Everton, but they've been beaten by B'mouth and S'ton in recent weeks during this terrible run.

A new manager bounce? Maybe. We've seen it happen before. But that's looking like a long shot to me. Leicester are an oil tanker that'll drift on for a while yet before getting turned around. You dont get back into 11 points from 8 games form that quickly from a run like this, even with a new manager.
While I wholeheartedly agree Dave you could have just said;

Jesse Marsch turned them down.

Still not seeing where the confidence is coming from on this thread. Maybe people think we’ve been down this well trodden path before and managed to escape so why would this time be any different?

But I’ve seen limited improvement from Dyche over Lampard in terms of being able to actually win games - and draws won’t cut it now. the utd performance is a fair reflection for me of where we are as a team.
My preference would have always been for Dyche to get a deal until the end of the season and then go whatever happens, but I do firmly believe that we'd be cut adrift at the bottom by now under Lampard.

Marsch will have been told how they'll be no money to spend if they go down and decided it ain't worth it. FSW will probably swerve it for the same reasons.

Their owners are really strapped so if they do go it's unlikely they'd come back up straight away. Best bet is Shakespeare, or perhaps O'Neill, as caretaker.

Dean Smith had Shakespeare as his number 2 at Villa for 18 months so that could be viable until end of season.

Poor spell at Norwich but he got 5 points from his first 3 games there so that would give Leicester half a chance.

Don’t know if this is a good or a bad sign for us. Marsch is truly woeful so if they can’t even convince him they’re in real trouble. Then again they might go and convince an actual manager to go to them in the time being.

All that being said though, Leicester are in real trouble, whatever about us, I don’t know where they pick up the 10+ minimum points they need to at least have a chance of staying up.

I wholeheartedly disagree with this. Draws are better than getting beat. If we would if drew under Frank against Wolves, Southampton at home then not only would we have another two points, but we would of took another two points off each of those teams.

If you would if told me when Dyche took over that we would have beaten Arsenal, took a point off Spurs at home and got a point from Forest away I would have bitten your hand off.

A win against Fulham at home would be great. Don’t see why we can’t have a go at them, especially without Mitrovic. A point away at Palace won’t be a bad result. Newcastle are flying so whatever against them but then hopefully a result away at Leicester. I think City will beat us, Brighton will beat us. I’m unsure about Wolves and I’ve said all along I think it will go to the last game of the season against Bournemouth.

But let’s have it right, draws could save us. If we drew our last 8 games that puts us on 35 points come the end of the season. Could be enough to survive.

Wolves home- win

Leeds away- win

Everton home- win

West Ham home final day- draw/win depending on situation. West Ham could already be safe and in europa final.

They also have Fulham away.

The path is there but then you see how they played at home to Bournemouth in must win game and they looked completely shot at both ends. They should've sacked Rodgers around Feb/early March to give them some more time.
