Still not seeing where the confidence is coming from on this thread. Maybe people think we’ve been down this well trodden path before and managed to escape so why would this time be any different?

But I’ve seen limited improvement from Dyche over Lampard in terms of being able to actually win games - and draws won’t cut it now. the utd performance is a fair reflection for me of where we are as a team.

My confidence is based on us being out of the bottom 3 and that the teams that fill those spots right now look hopeless. Three wins and 36 points can end this for us, because I cant see S'ton winning 13 points from the last 24 available or Forest with what they have in front of them getting another 9 points from 24. And can that Leicester team that have won 1 point in the last 8 games really win 11points from the last 8 games? Ok, they'll have a new manager and maybe Marsch gets a win or two...but probably not.

Also, that those immediately above us are constantly threatening to grow wings and get out of reach but tend not to do that. If we win against Fulham we'll be right back in the middle of that lot.

Think our odds to be relegated actually went out after this weekend didn’t they despite us losing?
Yes. S'ton, Forest and Leicester are odds on to go down. Everton roughly 2/1 with B'mouth.

The bookies are looking at a relegation zone firming up.

Easter Sunday and we are again looking for this group of players to rise. Please show some fight and pride in this magnificent Club and its supporters - I don't include the present Board btw.

It really saddens me to be looking over my shoulder at other Clubs that are relegation material knowing that my beloved Everton is right in the middle of this fight.

Please stop behaving like overpaid and underperforming wasters and try and understand what Everton FC means.

Even if we avoid relegation on points from games played those geniuses in charge have us facing the prospect of a points deduction - that is how Rovers were relegated in the 90s. I cannot face the same happening to Everton.

Thank you for correctly saying “Snake Mountain”. It annoys me way more than it should when people call Anfield “Castle Grayskull”, not realising that Grayskull is actually He-Man’s fortress on planet Eternia, not Skeletor’s 😄
The tin mine suits me.

What?
Limited improvement from Dyche over Lampard in terms of being able to actually win games?
Frank won 3 in 21
Sean has won 3 in 10
What part of that isn't an improvement?
If we would have had Sean's record from the start of the season we would be sitting 12th on 36 pts with 8 games to spare.
The United game is a fair reflection of where we are as a team even though we've won or drawn 60% of games under Dyche?
You really are a comedy sketch of a poster

If you're Leicester how do you feel right now knowing you've lost 7 of the last 8 games and have City away up next?

I mean, that's just dispiriting isn't it?

It's ok saying they have some games coming up after that City game against Wolves, Leeds and Everton, but they've been beaten by B'mouth and S'ton in recent weeks during this terrible run.

A new manager bounce? Maybe. We've seen it happen before. But that's looking like a long shot to me. Leicester are an oil tanker that'll drift on for a while yet before getting turned around. You dont get back into 11 points from 8 games form that quickly from a run like this, even with a new manager.
