We'll be amongst it but if we're solid defensively we can get 40 points and stay just above the relegation area.

Probably need a bit more up top as Gray and Gordon are championship level players.

Absolutely on as a prospect this season. Points wise we are heading for a low 30’s finish barring a major second half of season improvement.

Which spells trouble and the exit for Lampard by January knowing how this owner operates.

As much as we were pathetic tonight I think we can get results in our next games. I though we would beat these so take what I say with a pinch of salt. I think we'll get better. Of late it's like 'it'll get worse before it gets better'.

We 100% need more in attack. At least two in I’d say. It’s a worry when you think how vital richarlison was for us in the run in last year.

Lampard needs to find a way to not have to play two of the utterly pathetic three wingers we have. It's like playing with one fewer player because they are all so bad. One of them, probably Gray for his pace (even though he's abysmal) might do, and get a second striker up there instead.

He shifted from 5 at the back and thanks to the centre backs we look tight enough, time to switch around the attacking unit now because it simply doesn't work.

Pickford
[back 4]
Gana-Garner-Onana
Gray
Lewin-Maupay
This is still about relegation standard, but maybe we can go as far as to shoot the football if we play two strikers.
