I’m not sure we can count Forest out of surviving when you see their fixtures. That’s why id prefer a draw between Leeds and Leicester because it keeps alive the possibility of both of them still going down.
Do you see anything beyond S'ton where they can get anything from? I'm not sure I do.

Ok, Brighton might have a reaction to yesterday, but I think they'll be ok and avoid a loss to them.

Chelsea are just a complete unknown quantity. If Forest play like they did at Anfield down at Stamford Bridge they win unless Chelsea suddenly find some form and a way to score in the next few weeks.

There’ll be a few shock results still (ourselves included). If Forest were in Southampton’s position I’d say it’s unlikely but they’re one behind us.

After seeing Southampton be 3-1 up away from home against top of the league, there’s just no easily forecastable results anymore and the margins are so tight that one freak result could propel a team out of trouble.

If we can get to the last day with it in our own hands to beat Bournemouth to guarantee safety I’d hope we’d be able to get that one over the line.

I have absolutely no confidence at the moment that we would beat Bournemouth in that situation. They have thrashed us twice already this season.
I'm at the lowest ebb. I cant see us winning again

We’ve taken points from good teams in the PL under Dyche home and away. There’s absolutely no reason why we can’t get the points we need from the fixtures remaining.
That isn't true though. We have played 3 top half teams away from home under Dyche and have lost all three with an aggregate scoreline of 8-0. We had an initial bounce under Dyche winning two of our first three games. Since then it has been 1 win from 9.

We need to get back to basics, become hard to beat and above all start scoring goals. We have taken 7 points from the last 9 games.

My gut tells me 35 is the number Everton needs to hit. I don't see Leicester and Leeds both getting there. 34 might work out too, if they end up tied with Leeds.

Yeah the results have been awful if you just discount all the wins

Chelsea at home though; I'd say if that was us going down there we'd be writing that off. Brentford away is tough. Arsenal is tough. Palace away - tough.

Liverpool did what they always do after a decent win this season: switched off. Like S'ton v Arsenal that felt like Forest's unlikely spectacular win thrown away.

It is only a point to us. I've been writing them off because they look - Johnson aside - like a rotten outfit. I cant believe they'll survive.

5 losses, 4 draws and 3 wins for Dyche.

Over a season that translates to about 41/42 points?

...and by the time he got here all our homes against the rotten teams were all but played.

Left to a full season and with a striker available to him Dyche could realistically get us close to 50 points maybe more IMO.

It'll be more to do with getting our midfield trio back together IMO.

I really hope now that Leicester turn Leeds over. That'll tell me that they've almost certainly lost their way at the wrong time.

I mean, not long ago Leeds drew with Brighton, beat Wolves away and then beat Forest. But since then they've been woeful.

Easter Sunday it all started falling apart for them and I dont know why. I expected them to coast to safety. Rumours have been that Gracia has lost the dressing room. If they get beat against Leicester they're right up against it. It'll be last chance salloon for him I'd have thought. But what can they then do except place a caretaker in charge for 5 games?

If I were a Leeds fan seeing Everton creep to within a point of them with a fighting performance against a team that humiliated them on their own pitch two weeks ago I'd be having kittens right now. I'd certainly see Leicester at home as the last realistic hope of maximum points.
That would also make you a Leeds fans forum version of Kev The Rat
