Wow! I know it is not over until it is over but...we never win away, we have one point from the last nine at home and have conceded seven in the last two home games.Exactly. No one expected anything from tonight's game.
Fact is when we beat Leicester this place will be a happy place again.
I actually think we will beat Leicester, especially with DCL back now.
It is not the pressure of playing for Everton, it is not being good enough to win PL matches. Maybe some individuals are but the squad is a patchwork of god knows what.I know we've fallen from grace but there is still a prestige and pressure that comes with wearing the shirt. These players are going to be the first to relegate us in well over half a century. It's clear they can't cope with what is being asked of them.
It's brewing, I can feel it. So can Godfrey!genuinely suprised we still haven’t had a nyarko moment or worse yet
We cant really play football thoughOne of the best sides in the Premier League maybe, not Europe... but that's just my opinion. I do agree that there is no need to panic, we still have plenty of football to play yet.

Given the way we've played since that one good season Martinez had with us, there's zero pressure in wearing the shirt, it's why we're in this messI know we've fallen from grace but there is still a prestige and pressure that comes with wearing the shirt.
Probably the latter.I’ve never been one to believe relegation could be a good thing for a ‘reset’. I think it’ll be an absolute disaster and I think the magnitude of the situation after 70+ years in the top flight will be a huge shock to the system. In that context, I wouldn’t be surprised to see us battling relegation in The Championship next season.
But having said that, Everton have done absolutely nothing but rattle around the Premier League without being competitive for decades. We’re not competitive in cup competitions either. We have a loser mentality and have Kenwright’s mediocrity engrained in the club.
So despite the dangers that relegation will undoubtedly bring (and I suspect the next few years will be the worst period in the clubs history), it is probably the one thing that can ultimately be a catalyst to force positive change. It simply has to for an institution the size and potential of Everton. It’s either that or a total collapse in to nothingness.
Yes I agree tbh as you say we’ve been doing nothing for years financially it’s really bad dropping down and a worry, if we was in a better financial position I wouldn’t be as bothered being relegated would actually be nice to see us win games and see some young players coming through I think the prospect of that and being run properly is much better than these last 2 seasons at least.I’ve never been one to believe relegation could be a good thing for a ‘reset’.
