Estupinian was caught in possession half dozen times against Forest before De Zerbi hooked him, likewise Dunk and Colwill take far too many chances.
Forest pressed them heavily and they were caught out numerous times, its whether or not Dyche has the balls to go away from home and try and get at them rather than lying in and hoping.
Also, they had zero up top (Welbeck was on the bench).
But they keep the ball for fun and never stop moving, can see our guys getting passed to death tbh.
Imo we need go at them from the 1st minute and try and disrupt, Patterson will need help with Mitoma so likely offer Iwobi as cover, pray to God we don't put Goofrey against him or we can write off the fixture all together.
And we need to find a way of getting Gray onto the pitch at some point if we want to start trying to win games again.
I thought dunk especially looked vulnerable, can be got at with a press. Of course they can beat the press and rip us apart.

Brighton destroyed us at our place, best team we have played all season. The players that night looked like they literally had no clue what to do. I think it is a given that Dyche will set us up better than Frank. We can't go toe to toe with them so I can just see us sitting in and pinging it up to Dom to try nick a 1-0. Stranger things have happened.

Revised prediction

Brighton 0
City 0
Wolves 1
Bournemouth 3

That’s 33 and down

If we lose to Wolves as well then we could be relegated before Bournemouth which means we could lose that as well.
I would also say 33 points for us. But I think that might be good enough for safety. Going through the fixtures I think Leicester and Leeds might struggle to reach that. I think Forest might get out of it with their fixtures. I could see them beating Saints at home and then picking points up away to Chelsea and Palace

Southampton need 3 wins from 4 to have any chance.

They are already 5 points behind us. I think their chances are now as slim as it gets.

Trouble is we need them to get something off Forest. They can't win at home though so that is a big plus.

This is the formula for relegation before final day, lose to Brighton, Man. City and Wolves and Leicester winning at Fulham and Forest winning at home to Southampton. Could only finish on 32 points in that scenario. Forest not winning at Brentford was bigger result than getting the point last night.

Dosen't look far fetched at all which is the scary thing so think next few weeks going to again be relying on other teams not winning any games themselves.

We have to believe we have a chance against Brighton. If not, what's the point? I think there is every chance we go down this season - but there is also a possibility we don't. So, we have a choice. Keep fighting or give up. I'd prefer to fight - not in a delusional way - but as long as we have a chance, we have to persevere.

Brighton are a far better side than us. But, if we look at the table, 18 sides are better than us. So, if we take that as gospel, we are finished. We still have a chance - not a great one, but a chance nonetheless.

Im not disputing any of that. Just the its just brighton bit compared to brighton of a few years ago.

If we sit in eventually they'll score one of their 30 shots, can see the deflection of Keanes heel already.
We need to get close and try and bully them all over the pitch.

Would you rather we keep it tight against Brighton and hopefully nick a point? Or go balls to the wall and play for all 3?

A point would be very handy, but he who dares and all that…

Benitez got us a win there last season so anything can happen I guess. A lot of water passed under the bridge for both teams since then but maybe we’re due an opposition stinker. Just got to make it a battle and hope they don’t fancy it.
