Personally i think leicester were cooked by then. But we might be past that stage now of being conservative. 4 games to go. Two of them against top teams.
That leicester game may be a telling one in why he's won 6 games in what is it now 44?
or to borrow a phrase from Dyche: “forgotten how to win.”

I think we've got a chance - certainly of having better results in the next 4 than the dozen that went before. DCL back now is important and has had a run of games to shake the rustiness off. I thought he was OK v Leicester other than missing a tap in embarrassingly. Thought he was OK against Newcastle actually. Great finish for the goal that was chalked off by VAR. Glad we have Doucoure back now.

IF we can cut out the defensive mistakes. We'll stay up. Keep the faith.

And therein lies the problem. If he picks Keane again then we are done for. I'm sure you would need to take off your shoes and socks to count up the number of mistakes that led to a goal he has made.

The Forest results against saints and Chelsea are key for us and them.

Saints may surprise them but I’m not holding my breath.

You would like to think chelsea have sunk as far as they can and are going to turn a corner and some professional pride will kick in with their multi millions pound players, but Franks there and he looks as sick and helpless as he did at Everton, so I have little faith Chelsea will right themselves against Forest, so Forest may get themselves out of it before the last two games of the season.

Hopefully we can be the surprise team and get something from our next two matches - we have to handle our own business, and that’s the scariest part.

Bloody Everton and the constant good times…

Who's betting against 'Big Sam' going to City and somehow pulling a result out of his fat hole.
Me…he can bang on all he wants that he’s at the same level as pep etc. Reality is that the City machine will destroy them and hopefully make a significant dent in their goal difference.

I actually think leeds would have a better chance of picking up some points with Gracia than Allardyce…especially Allardyce parachuted in with 4 games left.

Forest are a concern for me. I'm worried a half hearted Arsenal that have lost the league might throw in a bad performance. Really hoping Southampton can do a job on them. Not too much of a job though, 0-0 is fine.
I'd take a Southampton win also... I cant see them getting much from their last 3 fixtures and if they can peg Forrest back, that would be decent for us.

We have an advanced because we have a game on Monday so by then we'll know the results of:
Man City v Leeds
West Ham
v Man United
Fulham v Leicester

Brighton will be another huge game but we have played well on the road v Leicester and Palace plus Chelsea and Forest.

We should have won at least one away under Dyche so hopefully we can pick that win up against Brighton.

Can we talk about Tarkowski too?
He seems to dodge any sort of critisism because he likes to 'put one on' a forward! (Usually misses and gives a silly foul away)
The same happened when Coady was playing along side him, it was all 'Coady's out of form' but not a word said about Takowski's shocking performances (especially in the derby)

Forest v Southampton too. We could go into that City game knowing that we could very realistically be mathematically relegated that weekend. If Forest and Leicester win and we lose to Brighton, which are all perfectly plausible results, we are right on the brink.

Either way, it’ll all be over soon and that’s probably the only positive about this god awful season.

I think if you look at the final 2 games, we have the better fixtures of all 4 teams down at the bottom!
I can't see Leeds getting another point this season...they are cooked City (a), Newcastle (h), West Ham (a) & Spurs (h)
Leicester had a huge opportunity vrs Leeds & us and then blew it, than they have Fulham (a), Liverpool (h), Newcastle (a) & West Ham (h).
I cant really predict what they are going to do, they could go and get 9 points from those games or 1 point! They are the invariable
Forest all depends on this next game vrs Southampton, they win....i think they stay up, they don't win i don't see them getting more than 32 points, Southampton (h), Chelsea (a), Arsenal (h), Palace (a), even if Forest win the next game, they could easily lose the 3 after which would leave them on 33!
Despite 2 aways and city at home, i think we have the easiest run in! 4 points from our last 2 puts us on 33 points with a better goal difference to Leeds & Forest!
5 or 6 points from our next 4 games, pretty much keeps us up! With Wolves on the beach now & Goodison bouncing v Bournemouth.....im confident we can pick points up from them.

I think the magic number is 33! Anything above 33 keeps us up!

Forest’s next two games are very winnable, they could be mathematically clear of us by the time we even get to the Wolves game. Chelsea is the dream fixture at this moment in time, anyone who still has to play them is onto a winner.
