True but as we've seen today crazy results can happen at this time of the season
Indeed mate, we are a perfect example of that today. Still, one more win for us and I defo don't fancy both Leeds and Leicester winning 2 out of their last 3. One of them may at most but both is unlikely. Good chance 1 win will do it for us now or maybe 1 win and a draw. Safety is within touching distance if the lads put in more performances like that tonight. ;)

It’s last season all over again. If we do eventually get safe it will take 5 minutes for someone to mention that we’re getting a points deduction in the summer and going down next season anyway.
Just wait till the premier league deal with us and we get a points deduction

As if by magic, Kev appears lol

Oh god I forgot about all of that lol

We are 2 points better off than the Relegation zone, not GD like it has being, when if everything went bad we could have been 4poins from safety by time Forest game had ended. so its literally swung our way and means Leeds have to beat Newcastle for a start Sat morning, Chelsea have Forest while Leicester have to beat Liverpool Monday (may be an iffy game that from our POV) - without even counting our game v City - The pressure will be on others

and the 3rd team to go then with them?
Leeds for me. I thought forest would lose to Brighton and if they lost today was gone but that didn’t happen. I still think forest could struggle to get many more points after today but Leeds and Leicester are going to struggle to get the 3 they need to get past them.

Leicester may actually be toast. Can see Leeds fluking a result or two. Leicester and saints look gone.

Don't see Leeds getting anything v Newcastle unless they implode in manner Brighton did. They can score 2-3 no problem at Elland Road, Isak will have that backline on toast.

Leeds best chance now is winning at West Ham and then seeing what the situation is for final day. Great thing about today is there's now clear daylight in the GD so effectively 3 points clear.

The goal difference on April 9th going into them playing Palace at home was this:

Leeds played 29 GD -11

Everton played 29 GD -17

Only 6 games ago!
