I'm not worrying about other teams. Despite everything, despite being utter muck for almost the entire season, we still have a clear path to stay up. Four points from our last three should be enough. A draw at Wolves and a win against Bournemouth will do it but first we have a free swing at Man City and might as well take!
Set up exactly the same as we did today, and the blueprint for nicking something against city is there, especially if they have one eye on the cl match.

We could have done a little better second half, and will have to vs city, but Brighton were always gonna come on strong and we handled it them well.

We are 2 points better off than the Relegation zone, not GD like it has being, when if everything went bad we could have been 4poins from safety by time Forest game had ended. so its literally swung our way and means Leeds have to beat Newcastle for a start Sat morning, Chelsea have Forest while Leicester have to beat Liverpool Monday (may be an iffy game that from our POV) - without even counting our game v City - The pressure will be on others
Main thing, for now, is we are alive going into the Wolves game. And we have genuine hope.

and the 3rd team to go then with them?
Depends if Leeds do in fact fluke a result like we did today. They'll probably face a West Ham side completely focused on a European game. Spurs also probably on the beach. We win our games though and that's not an issue

That was a massive win because it puts so much pressure on Leicester and Leeds. Both teams now need to win at least one game and probably get something out of all their remaining 3 matches.

If we can avoid a drubbing by Man City and pick up 3 points in our last 3 games, I’d be surprised if we went down.

Don't see Leeds getting anything v Newcastle unless they implode in manner Brighton did. They can score 2-3 no problem at Elland Road, Isak will have that backline on toast.

Leeds best chance now is winning at West Ham and then seeing what the situation is for final day. Great thing about today is there's now clear daylight in the GD so effectively 3 points clear.

The goal difference on April 9th going into them playing Palace at home was this:

Leeds played 29 GD -11

Everton played 29 GD -17

Only 6 games ago!
Take your point but we have one of the greatest teams and greatest goalscorers of all time next up. Not unfeasible we go into the next set of fixtures level on GD.
