Leicester scares me more than Leeds. Because of their Goal DIfferential, they only have to equal up to the #17 team to find safety. Besides that, West Ham at home on the last day is a very winnable game for them. That result alone would be enough for them if Everton and Forest don't get to 34 points.

That said, there's a reason all these teams are at the bottom-- they'd bad.
I and many others waited for this Leicester team with 'great players' to get up off the canvas and start swinging their way to safety.

The truth of the matter is that they are utter turd.

They'll lose their next two and look to sign off with a win against West Ham...and I dont think they have it in them to win another game.

Yes, results can be funny in the run in, as we underlined v Brighton. But that performance came on the back of very decent away form. It would be a complete bolt from the blue if Leicester upset a rejuvenated Liverpool sniffing a CL opening and Newcastle at St James Park. West Ham will be their targtted moment, by that time we might have 2 more points and out of their reach regardless of what happens last day.

If anything Leeds have the greater chance of getting a win and draw...and I dont think that's likely either.

Forget Forest. Their race is run.

Seen a lot of posts suggesting Forest will get a result against Chelsea. For what its worth I think Chelsea will win comfortably
Me too. Chelsea have the squad to challenge for the title (not the manager obviously though) the fact that they have discovered how to win again should hopefully mean they have too much for Forest who defensively are awful

I agree on the Chelsea / Forrest game, I think Forrest will get something there this weekend.

I think even if West Ham were not in the Europa league, they would have literally nothing to play for in these games, I guess the only thing is that they will rest players, which on paper, could make them a walk over. But we have seen before that teams at the bottom, low on confidence, like Leicester and Leeds, can still struggle, even when they are playing a side with nothing but professional pride to play for.

4 more points and we will be fine, im just hoping we scrape a draw vs city and a win vs wolves and go into the final day, 4 points clear.
It's still worth hoping West Ham lose to Brentford this weekend, because then if Leeds or Leicester do grab a win West Ham will not be mathematically safe when they play Leeds. Obviously 99% of the time they are still not getting passed, but it would be a brave man to risk putting out a second 11.

If we can get a point v City, that puts us 3 points out of the dropzone and our goal difference puts up ahead of Forest.

Big games for Leeds, Forest and Leicester but anything can happen.

I think we'll go unbeaten until the end of the season with Wolves and Bournemouth on the beach - we can pick up at least 4 points from those games.

If we avoid a heavy loss against City (lose by one or two) I wouldn't be happy, but I'd feel confident of keeping our GD better than Leeds, which could be an issue.

Tbh, our away form has been so solid - points from 5 out of our last 6 away matches - that the Wolves game might well be the one we get ourselves over the line in, moreso than in either (or both) of the two home games left.

When I look at that Leicester squad I think to myself, "yeah, there's talent there, but who really wants to play for the shirt?". Their out of contact "stars" already know they've got their futures secured at other clubs, especially Maddison. Well, that's what I gathered from watching them v Fulham recently.

Just on Chelsea: Pochettino about to be announced soon. Their players know they'll be auditioning for the new boss and will want to put on a show. The timing is bad for their remaining opponents...Forest notably for us.

It's the exact thing that would happen to Everton this: see an appointment when we were about to play a team like Chelsea.

Who'd be inspired to play for Dean Smith and that grotesque Shakespeare side kick?

If Liverpool beat them, as they should, that'll fall apart that team.

I'd have Leicester and Forest odds on, tbh. Allardyce might just get a tune (3/4 points) from Leeds.

Crazy odds for West Ham. Ok they look safe, but the games they have left dont look full of points and they're 7 points off the drop zone.

Hopefully they get battered by Brentford and that keeps them honest against Leeds and Leicester.
