If we stay up I cant think there'd be any serious attempt to replace him.

Hand Dyche cash for strikers next season.

What we need now is a new Moyes-era. We are desperate for stability and Dyche can hand it to us.
Potters name will be floating about.

Going to be a scary weekend. Only have to look at last weekend to see that strange results can happen at this point in a relegation battle. Would hate to drop back into the relegation zone again with just 2 games to go. Fingers crossed this weekend is as good as last. Even if we all get beaten it will do me fine so we go into the last 2 games still with our 2 point advantage.

That's the key note with them, out of the four teams in the battle they have the least fight. Ultimately they are a championship style club as well so I don't think there will be the same vibe history wise as there would be for us, Leeds and Forest. Lower league football is leicesters spiritual home, their fans do the aaaah chant at goalkicks ffs!

All three clubs we are scraping with are lower league clubs in recent memory. Their fan bases have known championship and league one football. There’s resignation and acceptance there which we don’t have. We’re pessimistic and miserable but lower league football is a complete unknown to the vast majority of us. I think that counts for something when the chips are down.

Are the reports true of West Ham forfeiting their remaining league matches to focus on the final? Thanks. A concerned Evertonian.
Yeah cos that would do wonders for the team b4 a final.

Although there league and cup form this season have basically contradicted each other,
any manager heading to a final will want there players at peak form/fitness. So leaving certain players out and slacking off In the league will only work against them..

Anyway you really think the Hammers fans will accept Allardyce possibly staying up at there place. They will prob see that as a second final, confirming Leeds Relegation. ( you'd hope so anyway !! )

I was just being sarcastic. No way West Ham rolls over like some are thinking. They’ll want to finish the season on a high note especially considering how it’s been kind of a disappointment given their quality.

I can see both Leeds and Leicester beating West Ham easily.

And if Leeds do beat them they'll likely have it in them to also take 3 points off Spurs final day at Elland Road. Spurs, managerless, out of form, away from home, fans on their backs.

I just really hope Newcastle can beat them on Saturday because we're doomed if Leeds win that and we don't beat City.

It's the end of the season and form goes completely out the window now. One shock result can give a team incredible momentum in an instant.

I would not fancy our chances of finishing above Leeds if, after the City game, we're level or a point behind Leeds - I do not trust these Everton players even after that 5-1.

On a more positive note, cannot see Leicester beating Liverpool or taking anything from Newcastle away. They can't gain any momentum by beating West Ham as it's the final game.

If I generously say they'll end on 34 points we need 3 more points to finish above them as their goal difference is going to be better.

Forest, they have it in them to spring a surprise, but I think Arsenal will still be in with a chance of the title in the penultimate game and Chelsea ought to be able to despatch them at Stamford Bridge too. I think Forest can, knowing they've still got a chance if they beat Palace and results go their way last day, pick up 3 points there. End on 36 points, which would mean we'd need 4 more points.

I hope I've been too generous with my estimations there and that one more win will do it. Finger's crossed we can pick 2-3 points in the next 2 games and be a billion to one shot to go down final day, or even safe by then.
Leeds won’t win another game this season…!
