I thought there was a rule these days that prevent teams from making wholesale changes? Or is that just for domestic cups?

I think WHU made seven today.

Wolves normally win the midfield battle, even if only playing 2 in there. That's where we need to win the game and if Garner fine for that it definitely gives us a better chance. Just gotta keep Neves quiet.. And obviously pray DCL is fine.

If Costa playing then mina knows his job and they should be down to 10 men by half time at the latest....

That is me trying to find a positive outlook on this game, It will probably be the only one put out by me before Saturday so make the most of it !!!

At wolves we should start singing

Hey hey my my
Everton can never die

And then if we actually do stay up against bournemouth we can switch to

My my hey hey
Toffee boys are here to stay
An if we go down, we can sing

And once you're gone, you can't come back
When you're out of the prem and into the championship.

It's not really about West Ham taking it seriously or not they're either going to have an insane high or low on Thursday and it's tough to bounce back from that and get up for a nothing game no matter the team Moyes picks.

Especially when the other team has everything to play for and has been resting while they've been flying abroad and playing a match, there's a reason that teams in this league who get into Europe and aren't used to being there regularly usually struggle in the league.

Tough to do Sunday, Thursday, Sunday with travel.

We were up against the best team on the planet and we more than held our own for 38 minutes. We can't ask for much more than that.

We now have two winnable games that are perhaps the two most important games in our club's history. Let's focus on them.

Sad to see Holgate booed off the pitch.

He had a desperately poor game (and had he put us 1-0 up as he should have done we might have got a point), but he's not trying to be crap.

And frankly booing a player is hardly going to boost their confidence and make them play better.

Part of it was revenge for the red card.

I'm still booing Doucoure for that red card against kane, quite simply I wanted him to ippon him with an elbow strike that meant he drank his meals through a straw for the next decade.

And people say I'm unhinged...

We'll slap wolves imo.

Yeah Booing a player off the pitch in such a critical time is gonna do wonders for our squad morale. whether they have been awful or not, at the the end of the day I always say he same thing, He didn't pick himself did he...

We know he's not up to the job yet we use him and Godfrey like basic Dog's Bodies since they have come in, instead of ever having a set position so what can we really expect..

We should of started McNeil as wing back from the beginning if we have no replacements and refuse to give Welch a chance.

It would be great if our rivals don’t pick up another point, but As it’s been for much of the season, we’re gonna have to do it ourselves and win football our matches - can’t trust that arsenal team getting anything at Forest after todays showing or wham and dour davey againt bistoboobs Leeds with his mass changes for the European game.

Just shows how big the Brighton performance and result was for us - hoping that’s the last big shock and none of our rivals pull anything out of the hat.

Rooting for the vermin to batter Leicester is making me feel physically ill, but needs must currently - can never forgive this owner, chairmen and board for what they have reduced us to.

I don't think players will be rested by West ham. Why would they. They were resting them today because they were playing on Thursday. But next Sunday they have nothing to rest them for as the final is a fortnight after it. Its more likely they would rest them for the Leicester game. But even then they have two weeks until the final, so again they would want them to maintain match sharpness for the final

100% agree.

Kopite-esque behaviour and also counterproductive.

I think the RS will lose today which usually is a good thing but on this occasion it will be very very bad
