Newcastle have only lost two games at home this season in the league against Liverpool and most recently against Arsenal

They also beat Leicester at home earlier this season in the carabao cup 2-0

Hopefully good omens

Longstaff still missing, a key player for them according to their fans. The hipster geniuses on GOT didn’t want him though, or Almiron when we were linked. Not good enough for us apparently.

Newcastle fans didn't want either until Howe got a tune out of them.

You think they'd rock up at Goodison under the Waiter and perform? Behave

Yeah I don’t doubt they are trying. Some of them aren’t good enough and that’s not their fault. And the fact is the board has sold some of our most effective attacking players and brought in worse replacements or none at all.
Still can’t get over January. It was like they were playing a Playstation game and they were putting the difficulty level on the hardest mode. Pure self sabotage.

Just like I was confident Newcastle would open up a can of whoop-ass on Brighton last week, I'm also sure that they'll sign off at St James' tonight against a terrible Leicester side with a comfortable three points.

The relegation fight won't be settled with a Newcastle victory tonight, but anything other than a Leicester win will have me feeling confident, finally.
A Leicester defeat means a draw will almost certainly do us on the last day. There is a massive difference between a Leicester draw tonight and a loss.

I'm sure Leicester will give it everything tonight, so a result isn't out of the question

I do think that Newcastle are going to be super up for it though and they are ultimately the better side, so hopefully that will prove to be the difference maker

Going to be a nervy 90+ minutes though

I'll try and distract myself whilst it's on
