After last week's round of matches into Wednesday I had while anxiety. But since I've been very calm about it all. But since I've woken up I'm bricking it. Can't wait till its all over tbh, it's been nothing but hell.
Our biggest threat was when Leeds failed to bury a tired and unfocussed West Ham team after going 1-0 up last Sunday. That was real danger and I doubt we'd have cme back from that.

That'll be the last threat to our PL status IMO.

Regardless of thoughts or feelings. It's 50/50.

Cannot take Bournemouth for granted at all.
This is precisely it.

The challenge for us is: are we good enough to actually win such a high-pressure game?

There is no clear answer to that right now. The proof will be when the game kicks off. We can do it, of course - but there's a serious risk we aren't up to it. Today is very likely to be seat of the pants stuff, I'm afraid.

He's another charlatan. Thank God I binned that rag The Athletic last year. You'd get more insight from ChatGPT.

Also binned.

We’re bloody terrible but I don’t need to be told constant negatives, barely a positive story on there, even when we’re good.

Today’s pain relief. At least if the worst happens… I won’t feel much 👍🏻

The older I get the more I realise I do not need - nor enjoy - pundits telling me what I am watching. The vast majority of football analysis is low-rent light entertainment masquerading as insight. I knew I'd grown out of it all when I ended my subscription to World Soccer after 25 years a decade ago. I live in Germany now, so am no longer exposed to the Carraghers and Nevilles of the world - and what a joy that is. Just watch the game or the highlights and make your own mind up about what you see. Places like this forum are good for the gossip about the club. Nobody with a brain needs Ornstein or Greg O'Keefe or Jamie Carragher.

There was a time - in the distant past - where Brian Moore and Jimmy Hill provided an essential service. Two fantastic pros with a genuine love for the game, who treated viewers with respect. They tried to educate and promote.

Today, there is no education and everything is promotion. But not of the game - of Sky TV subscriptions. Bin it all and make your own mind up. Liberating.
