Also we’ve won our last 4 at home against Chelsea so “they normally beat us” doesn’t work either.

The rest of the league are pants and IF(a lot depends on this) we get a striker we fly up the league. Defensive we look a lot more sound. We have more possession and we are creating chances just not finishing them

He has been backed in this window! Still time for the central striker to come in, and expect its who blinks first. They are premium currently and little movement with many clubs due to inflated price.

We play Brentford ,Leeds away ,Liverpool at home, and then Arsenal away, and west ham at home.
We won two away games last season and look a mess at the moment.
The team is set up to play a system we don't have the players to do properly and we are completely toothless.
Maybe a couple of players in could change that.

But games from the 90’s mean nothing. Our recent record against Chelsea is very good. We are clearly capable of beating them.
