Especially when we have been a little unlucky haven’t had a proper striker. The only game we probably deserved to lose was yesterday.
It’s a shame we haven’t got our first win yet but it will come I think it DCL was fit and playing we would be on at-least 5 points.

As bad as our position is .....its more shocking that we havent already been relegated in the past the way the Board / management runs things.
Most would conservatively argue that with a striker signed we would have been 2-3 points better off than we are now in the table. Those could be massive come May. We could easily be sitting on 2 or 3 points after 7 matches. Even for most of last season, we were above the relegation line and being chased or at least had games in hand..... don't think this squad / manager has it in them to chase down the pack to safety.
Happy to be proven wrong but the club has not heeded the warnings of the past or rewarded the fans for the lift provided last Spring ... sad times

Gained a point this weekend on Southampton, Leeds, Leicester, Bournemouth, Palace, Fulham and Villa, kept pace with Brentford and Wolves. On an away weekend that's perfectly fine.

Although the league table means very little at this point, we have to look at what advantage so-called similar teams currently have or can have over us. Leeds have 7 points and have beaten Chelsea. Brentford have 5 points and have beaten Man Utd. Fulham also have 5 points on the board and took something from Liverpool.
Did Benitez ever have us in the relegation zone?

There's no way you don't partake in LSD.
Hasnt been a great start but a win vs leeds table looks alot different. I get some people not happy with the start i feel the same. But it is 4 games in i just hope thte results have proven to the board that we need to bring more in before the deadline.
I think our form this year doesn't encourage much optimism.
