Our Board of ‘Directors’ can’t direct traffic, but they knew what was coming, They have been negligent in their financial governance of the club, they sold two attacking options (Richarlison and Gordon) and in January, did not buy anyone and brought in Dyche who has experience of fighting re,elation and brining teams up…..they knew full well the storm that was headed our way

What I'd like @Jimishorts if you have a chance is a pic of Russell Crowes Gladiator with Bill's head on and a bubble saying "are you not entertained".

Onana , Pickford , DCL and a few others won’t want to stay at a championship club , we will need them off the wage bill , so we will be forced to accept lower values . All that fair enough and also losing players out of contracts but then we have to build a championship winning squad .
if you don’t do that within the first season your parachute payments ar either gone or hugely less , investors will see all this so won’t be willing to buy in at premier league levels it will be championship levels and then the small matter of £300 million for a half built stadium .
We make huge losses at the moment and will still have players on premier league wages , sponsorship will go down , gate receipts will go down , tv money down …it’s a nightmare downward spiral
But it can be done, Burnley lost Collins, Tarkowski, Mee, McNeil, Cornet, Weghorst and Pope- so the bulk of their first team, and have won the championship at a canter. I’m absolutely not saying going down would be no problem, but the domesday scenarios are not realising the gulf between the bottom of the premier league and the top of the championship. This is a league Neil Maupay scored 25 goals in.

90 Million hole in finances when we go down, and already under investigation. That is the difference between us and Burnley. We are not a Burnley, we are a Sunderland
