I notice skybet have us at 7/2 to be relegated (5th favourites) after they’d taken the relegation betting book down when the points deduction was first mooted.

Am hoping they’ve got some insider knowledge that it won’t be happening or will be some sort of suspended sentence.

We only won 9 games all last season.

We've just won 5 in 7.

We should be fine.

I think this little run has shown we have the quality to stay up comfortably and to be relegated would be a very poor job by Dyche/whoever.

To some extent, you've got to give credit to Kompany for continuing to stick to his style of football, but if he continues it'll get him the sack and/or relegated.

They don't have the quality up front for it to work, and there were a fair number of times when we nearly caught them out by pressing the ball out from the back.

To be fair, I'm happy for him to continue to do it and stay as manager, as right now they're nigh on guaranteed to go down. A win on Saturday brings us a big buffer.

Yeah, some big differences now vs then

1) Fully fit DCL
2) Harrison
3) Onana/Branthwaite growth. They had the highest upside and ability to improve of anyone in the squad, and it's happening before our eyes
