Pacey winger, creative midfielder running the show, and a very commendable willingness to commit players forward and leave a slow, gormless, easily hoodwinked CB 1v1 against the second most lethal striker top flight football has ever seen with the greatest assist giver of his generation sliding balls into the chasm either side of said CB. Bold tactic. Wish we played like that instead of having the meanest defence outside the top 3.

How many times are we going to excuse these players? Every week it’s a must win fixture and they blow it. Strikers who cannot finish. Dcl, 20 games without a goal is disgusting. No excuses. Absolutely abysmal.

I see this slipping in interest now we got the 4 points back. I think we will be ok this season mainly due to the crapness of Sheffield, Burnley and Luton.
Next season they will be replaced by Leicester, Leeds, Ipswich, Souhampton, West Brom... A little more worrying. Plus we wont be buying anyone this summer as we are still under the cosh for spending....

You’re not wrong, it’s definitely time for our attackers to stand up and be counted. I count McNeil and Harrison in that too, but it’s clearly DCL and Beto who need to actually start converting. DCL has the lowest conversation rate going this season. The defence is doing their bit.
Same with danjuma aswell hasnt worked out here but if we can get him on the bench is another option. Is about using what we have to get over the line and just move on from this crap season ruined by the people in charge.
